He has clinical expertise in all aspects of ENT with special focus in the treatment of sinus, cancer, sleep apnea and pediatrics.

Dr. Chung completed his ENT residency at Duke University and an advanced Head and Neck Cancer Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis.  This training provided Dr. Chung with expertise in transoral laser microsurgery (TLM), da Vinci robotic surgery, minimally-invasive thyroid surgery, cancer reconstruction, microvascular surgery and lymphangioma surgery.

Dr. Chung is a board certified Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is active Chief of ENT at Medical City Dallas and Director of Surgical Oncology in private practice with Dallas ENT Group. Dr. Chung actively trains surgeons in Balloon Sinuplasty and transoral laser microsurgery, and maintains his status as a DAN (Divers Alert Network) physician.
